The terms--We live in a world where it's good to have them for your sake and mine too.

Anything on this web site is subject to change at anytime.

There is no need to have my name, link, or logo listed on your website on my design on a new website for you. A portfolio of thumbnail images is kept on 'this' website of some of the websites that I make from start to finish, and at times I link to some of them, unless the web site owner objects to that. You can let me know if you do for your web site and I will honor that, no questions asked.

I use only images, photos, and graphics that either the client gives me to use for his/her web site, or are from clip art that I buy, or free clip art, or are images, logos, and backgrounds made by me, or are public domain images. Some images I make from scratch, such as wallpaper, borders, title images, buttons, etc. I may also use images from the Broderbund ClickArt collection that I have purchased. No images will be used without proper permission. If you ever see a copyrighted image on this web site or a web site that I create or maintain that have not given credit to, it is purely unintended and I would greatly appreciate you letting me know so that I can give credit where credit is due if permission is granted or I will remove the image, as is my policy and beliefs.

If a web site owner whom I have created a web site for, adds copyright images to their own web site (they upload them to their web pages) please understand that it's their responsibility fully to either remove them or give proper credit if proper permission is granted to them. Contact the web site owner in this case.

I am assuming that any image, graphic, or photo that any client gives me is something that he/she has obtained permission to use, so client will agree not to hold me liable if there is any form of dispute over something on client's web site.

Webmaster Karen will not be held responsible for any damages your business may suffer, she makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services that she provides and she disclaims any warranty or merchantability.

You are at your own risk if you take any of Karen's advice or information and use it, whether it be a computer tip or anything to do with changing any settings on your computer, like browser settings, etc. The tips, how to's, and all the information on this web site is for informational purposes only. If a client wishes to cancel a job before the new website design is finished, only half of the price of the web site will be returned.

Your privacy is fully respected on this web site and your name and email will never be sold to anyone or any organization for any reason from the owner and web designer(s) from this web site. You business is valued and integrity is extremely important with the owner of this web site.
